In 2014 Zurich Insurance carried out a detailed, four-month survey of space use in a modern office building. Analysis of the data reveals the balance between employees’ mobility (=healthy) and sedentary behaviour (=unhealthy). Modern workstyles favour mobility and therefore promote employee health.
