I have worked in real estate, workplace and technology for over 25 years. My background and experience includes a masters degree in mathematics, leading Zurich Insurance Group’s Global Operational Development function, establishing and leading Chaucer’s Workplace Practice, chairing the board of OSCRE (the real estate global data standards organization), and working as a real estate technology consultant for over 15 years.
I am passionate about people, operational improvement, and the workplace experience. My approach is evidence-based, and where evidence is in short supply, I enjoy the challenge of working with my clients to find it. And once the objective is located, I thrive on the thrill of the journey.
